Description
The length of the content in the <meta name="description"> tag is too short. The description must be at least 25 characters long. Search engines use the information from the description meta tag to index the page and to present the summary of the content on the search results page. A description that is too short can affect the ranking of the page and reduce the number of click-throughs from the search results page to your site.
Recommendation
Modify the <meta name="description" /> tag in the <head> section of the page to contain the actual page content description. The description must be between 25 and 150 characters long, human readable, actionable, and rich in keywords.
These violations are from the Bing SEO Toolkit, and are the same violations that Bing finds when crawling the internet, it is a safe bet that Google would find much the same violations.
