The <title> and the <meta name='description'> tags of the page contain identical text. The description meta tag is used to provide a short description of the page content and should include more details about the page than are provided in the page title.
Recommendation
Add <meta name='description' content="description_text"> to the <head> element of the page, where the "description_text" is replaced with the actual page content description. The description must be between 25 and 150 characters long, human readable, actionable, and rich in keywords.
These violations are from the Bing SEO Toolkit, and are the same violations that Bing finds when crawling the internet, it is a safe bet that Google would find much the same violations.
